Deploy the Mulesoft App for Predictive Maintenance
Turn on Automotive Cloud Integrations and use the predefined app and its named credential to connect your external telematics system to Salesforce. Use the app to connect Qualcomm Car to Cloud with Automotive Cloud and execute the processes for predictive maintenance.

The Repair Estimate API is used as a parameter for the Mulesoft Direct app. Make sure you add the following input and output parameters to the API before you deploy the app.
- Add
DTC_cas an input parameter to the API. - Add
Currency,DTC_Mapping__MaximumRepairCost__c, andDTC_Mapping__EstimatedTimeInDays__cas output parameters to the API.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Integrations Setup, and then select Integrations Setup.
- Enable access to Industry Integrations.
- Connect your Salesforce and MuleSoft instances.
- Turn on Automotive Cloud Integrations.
- For Automotive Cloud Integrations, select I accept the terms and conditions.
- Click Enable for the Auto Predictive Maintenance asset.
- Select a business group that you want to enable the integration for.
- Select the environment where you want to enable the integration.
- Select CloudHub 2.0 as the deployment target where you want to deploy the integration.
- Click Next.

Connect each dependent app to an external system.
- Enter a connection display name.
- Select the authentication protocol, and then enter the relevant details.
- Click Add Additional Parameters.

Add a new parameter Inbound API with these values.
Key:

Add a new parameter Repair Estimate with these values.
Key:
auto.repairEstimateValue:/services/data/v61.0/connect/business-rules/expressionSet/ - Click Done.
- Click Proceed and wait for the enablement process to complete.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Named Credential, and then select Named Credential.

Verify that a named credential is added for the connected MuleSoft instance.
Note the API name of the named credential to use it later. If you modify the named credential name, make a note of the updated API name.
- Sign in to Anypoint Platform and go to Runtime Manager.
- In Applications, click your app, and then click Settings.
- Click the Static IPs tab, and then click the Use Static IP checkbox.

When you have your static IP, add it to the allowed list in Qualcomm.
Customers must create a private space and deploy the app in the private space. The inbound and outbound IP addresses of the private space must be added to the allowed list in Qualcomm.
