          Enable customer service representatives to remotely control vehicle locks, send real-time notifications, and manage telemetry data using Vehicle Signal Specification (VSS) standard definitions. Integrate service processes into the Action Launcher with automated workflows and telemetry sensors to resolve lockouts and share critical updates instantly. Use prebuilt telemetry definitions and telemetry action definitions to generate service processes with a single click, ensuring a seamless, connected experience for drivers during emergencies or routine maintenance.

          • Remote Door Lock and Unlock for Vehicles
            Help customer service representatives lock and unlock vehicle doors remotely in real time. Set up a service process for the remote door lock and unlock action and add the process as an action in the Action Launcher. Work with your integration team to get the latest status of all doors in a vehicle, and send an external request to remotely change the vehicle door status during an emergency. Customer service representatives can help drivers when they’re locked out of their vehicles, when the doors malfunction, or when they’re in an accident.
          • Remote Vehicle Notifications for Drivers
            Send messages to drivers or share alerts and notifications to a vehicle’s human machine interface (HMI) in real time. Set up a service process for remote vehicle notifications and add it as an action in the Action Launcher. Work with your integration team to send notifications to the external telematics system so that drivers can view the alerts on the display console. Configure integration definitions, flow orchestrations, and Omnistudio components to help the service representatives quickly launch the action. Customer service representatives can stay connected with drivers and send them timely reminders about software upgrades, work orders, case updates, and appointment modifications.
          • Telemetry Definition and Action Management
            Use telemetry definitions to manage the data from connected vehicles. These definitions, based on the Vehicle Signal Specification (VSS) standard, create a logical structure for a vehicle’s sensors and actuators. Enable seamless communication for a connected vehicle to send data from its sensors and receive commands for its actuators. Configure telemetry action definitions to perform remote operations. Automate service process generation for an efficient customer experience.
