            Predefined Data Visualization Cards in Automotive Cloud

            Help your sales and service teams visualize the data that’s stored in calculated insights and data model objects in Data Cloud directly on the record pages in the Automotive app. Add the predefined flexcards to the Asset, Account, and Vehicle record pages to visualize the data that’s synced from Data Cloud. Use these flexcards to get a head start before you plan further customizations for your implementation of Data Cloud visualization.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

            To add the predefined flexcards on a record page, add the Flexcard component to the record page by using the Lighting App Builder. You can either add the flexcard to an existing tab or area of the page, or add the Flexcard component on a new tab by using the Tabs component.

            In the properties pane of the Flexcard component, specify the name of the flexcard, and then save your changes. You can explore and customize the preset configurations of the flexcard.

            • Data Cloud Metrics and Insights Visualization on Asset Records
              Add Data Cloud visualization flexcards to the Asset record page so that users can view metrics and insights from Data Cloud directly in the Automotive app. The AssetCalculatedInsightsAssetPageParentCard flexcard shows the latest values for calculated insights as synced from Data Cloud. The AssetDataModelObjectsParent card shows data from the Asset Telematics Event data model object. Sales managers and service managers can use the metrics on these cards to identify potential issues, prioritize high-performing assets, optimize asset performance, and minimize downtime. Use these cards to view metrics about the parts and accessories modeled as assets, or if you use Asset records to model forklifts, charging stations, trailers, or other similar assets.
            • Data Cloud Calculated Insights Visualization on Account Records
              Add the VehicleCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard or the AssetCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard to the Account record page in the Automotive app. The flexcards show the latest metric values as synced from Data Cloud for the calculated insights related to assets and vehicles.

              Add Data Cloud visualization flexcards to the Asset record page so that users can view metrics and insights from Data Cloud directly in the Automotive app. The VehicleCalculatedInsightsVehiclePageParentCard flexcard shows the latest values for calculated insights as synced from Data Cloud. The VehicleDataModelObjectsParent flexcard shows data from the Vehicle Telematics Event data model object. Sales and service managers can use the metrics on these flexcards to identify potential issues, optimize vehicle performance, and improve driver assistance.
