Data Cloud Calculated Insights Visualization on Account Records
Add the VehicleCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard or the
AssetCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard to the Account record page in the
Automotive app. The flexcards show the latest metric values as synced from Data Cloud for the
calculated insights related to assets and vehicles.

The VehicleCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard shows the customer lifetime value
and the count of open cases. Service teams can quickly gauge customer satisfaction by
analyzing the number of unresolved cases for the customer. Sales teams can find the lifetime
value of a customer, which is calculated from the sales of vehicles, parts, and accessories,
and revenue generated from services and repairs.
The AssetCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard shows the customer lifetime value
generated from the sales and service of all assets, and the count of total, open, and closed
cases for the customer.
Add the VehicleCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard or the
AssetCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard to the Account record page by using
the Lightning App Builder.
The VehicleCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard shows these calculated insights
that are included in the Automotive data kit.
The AssetCalculatedInsightsAccountPageParentCard flexcard shows these calculated insights
that are included in the Manufacturing data kit.
