          Experience Cloud Permission Set Licenses for Automotive

          Give your partners and customers access to Automotive Cloud features with Experience Cloud sites. When you create an Experience Cloud site, you decide which features your customers or partners need access to. For example, you can provide dealers the ability to manage vehicles and track leads, but you don’t want to give them the ability to create and manage visits. Or, you want your customers to only view their household information and schedule vehicle service appointments.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions

          All external users need the Automotive Foundation for Experience Cloud permission set license at a minimum. Depending on the type of permission sets you assign to either a partner user or a customer user, they can access objects and processes related to both sales and service. For example, dealers can use the Experience Cloud site to nurture leads, schedule test drives, raise work orders and cases, capture claims and entitlements, and track vehicle and parts sold to a customer.

          Permission Set License Description
          Automotive Foundation for Experience Cloud Customers and partners can manage vehicles, asset milestones, locations, products, and stakeholders.
          Partner Lead Management for Experience Cloud Dealers can manage leads and opportunities and the associated products.
          Partner Performance Management for Experience Cloud Dealers can submit retail delivery reports for vehicle sales and proof of sale for spare parts and accessories, and manage rebate claims and transaction journals.
          Partner Visit Management for Experience Cloud Dealers and suppliers can manage action plans and visits to different dealer and customer locations.
          Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation for Experience Cloud Customers and dealers can get visibility into vehicle loans and leases, financial activities and milestones, vehicle title transfers, and the different parties related to a loan or lease.
          Criteria Based Search and Filter in Experience Cloud Customers and dealers can search for vehicle inventory.
          Fleet Management for Experience Cloud Customers and dealers can track and monitor the vehicles and stakeholders associated with a fleet.
          Action Plans Customers and partners can create action plan templates and assign action plans to records, such as vehicles, visits, or assets.
          Manufacturing Sales Agreements for Community Dealers and suppliers can track planned and actual quantities and revenues of products with sales agreements. This permission set is typically assigned to partner users, not customer users.
          Manufacturing Advanced Account Forecast For Community Dealers and suppliers can track forecast quantities and revenues for their account and adjust forecasts. This permission set is typically assigned to partner users, not customer users.
          Rebate Management for Experience Cloud Users Partners can submit claims and proof of sales for rebate programs, track their payouts and payments, and manage the program benefits and incentives. This permission set is available only if you have the Rebate Management add-on license.
          Automotive Scheduler for Experience Cloud Dealers can schedule test drive and vehicle service appointments, and use Salesforce Scheduler records from the Experience Cloud site. Customers can schedule vehicle service appointments from the Experience Cloud site.
          Vehicle and Asset Lending for Partners Dealers can track applications for vehicle loans and leases right from intake to decisioning, and they can accept or reject the final proposals shared by the under writers after modifying the terms based on the stipulations.
          Vehicle and Asset Lending for Customers Customers can use a self-intake application form to apply for vehicle loans and leases, and they can track the status of their applications, and review the proposals.
          Warranty Management For Experience Cloud Dealers can submit claims with detailed coverage information for each causal asset or vehicle from the Experience Cloud site. They can also view the warranty terms and service standards set up by the manufacturer. Dealers can track the adjusted claims and view payment details from the portal.
          Warranty Supplier Recovery for Experience Cloud Suppliers can adjudicate supplier recovery claims submitted by the manufacturer, adjust the claim amounts, and track the claims.
