Visualize Vehicles and Stakeholders for a Loan or Lease
Show information about all parties and vehicles on a visual graph for a financial account. Configure an Actionable Relationship Center (ARC) Graph with information that’s relevant for service representatives, financial consultants, and sales managers looking at captive loans and leases.

Enable Vehicle and Asset Finance to access the ARC templates.
Note Here we show you how to create an ARC relationship graph with multiple related objects from
Financial Account and display the graph on the Financial Account page. You can add other objects
and fields as per your company’s requirements. For example, you can follow these steps to create
a similar relationship graph and show information that’s derived from transactions, statements,
and addresses.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Actionable Relationship Center, and then select Actionable Relationship Center.
- Click New Relationship Graph.

On the Default Templates tab, select Financial Account
Relationships, and click Create Graph.
This is a template purposefully designed to display vehicles and stakeholders related to a Financial Account record in the Finance Console for Automotive app. You can create a graph from scratch or from other templates if required.

Configure the graph properties:

Enter a label, for example, Vehicles and Parties for a Financial
Account, and a unique developer name.
When you add the ARC Relationship Graph component to a record page, the label displays in the list of available graphs.
- Click the root node on the graph and complete the root node fields on the Properties tab:
- Object: Financial Account
- Node Configuration: Use As Default

Enter a label, for example, Vehicles and Parties for a Financial
Account, and a unique developer name.
- To add child nodes to the relationship graph, click the plus icon below the root node.

Configure the child object:
- Complete the child node fields on the Properties tab:
- Object: Account
- Relationship Type: Many-to-Many
- Junction Object: Financial Account Party
- Parent Node Lookup Field: Financial Account
- Object Lookup Field: Account
- To add another child node to the relationship graph, click the plus icon below the root node.

Configure the child object:
- Complete the child node fields on the Properties tab:
- Object: Party Financial Asset
- Relationship Type: Many-to-Many
- Junction Object: Financial Account Party Financial Asset
- Parent Node Lookup Field: Financial Account
- Object Lookup Field: Party Financial Asset

Configure the child object for the node you created in Step 6:
- Complete the child node fields on the Properties tab:
- Object: Financial Account Party
- Relationship Type: One-to-Many
- Parent Node Lookup Field: Account

Configure the child object for the node you created in Step 7:
- Complete the child node fields on the Properties tab:
- Object: Financial Account Party Financial Asset
- Relationship Type: One-to-Many
- Parent Node Lookup Field: Party Financial Asset

Save your changes.
You can customize the graph further by renaming the nodes and adding actions at each ode level, such as new call, new task, and more.
Add the ARC Relationship Graph component to the Financial Account page layout and assign the page layout to the Finance Console for Automotive app.
