          Upload Documents from the Dealer Portal

          As a dealer, upload the necessary documents as stated in application action items from a funding analyst on the Funding Workbench console to proceed with funding decisions for your customer.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To upload documents Vehicle and Asset Lending for Partners permission set
          1. Log in to the Experience Cloud site.
          2. From the navigation menu, select Application Form Products and open your record.
          3. From the Application Action Items tab, click on the application action item assigned to you.
          4. From the Documents tab, click on the drop-down arrow for a document, and click Upload File.
          5. Select a document category.
          6. Select the relevant associated party.
          7. Upload the relevant file and click Done.
          8. Click Next.
            An Application Action Item Document Checklist Item record is created that is a junction object associating each document uploaded by the dealer as a document checklist item record to the application action item record it is uploaded to.
          9. Repeat the same for all the assigned documents.
          10. Once all the documents are uploaded successfully, mark the application action item as complete.

          The stage of the application form product gets marked as Contract Submitted. A new application action item is created for the funding analyst to review.
