          Make Dealers Available for Selection in Vehicle and Asset Lending

          When customers apply for vehicle loans or leases, or when agents apply on behalf of customers, they select a dealership that they prefer based on the dealership name, city, or postal code. Create dealers in your org to make them available for selection as preferred dealerships during the application intake process.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create service territories, business profiles, accounts, and operating hours : Automotive Foundation User permission set
          1. Create operating hours.
          2. Create account records for each dealership.
          3. Create a service territory record for each dealership account and relate it to operating hours.
            The Service Territory Name, Postal Code, and City fields are used as input for search in the intake form. See Set Up Service Territories in Automotive Cloud.
          4. Associate the service territory to the business profile record of the dealer account.
            Make sure that the Service Territory field is added the Business Profile page layout. See Associate Business Profiles with Service Territories in Automotive Cloud.
