            Assign Products to Categories for Vehicle and Asset Lending

            Add your financial products such as vehicle loans and leases to a category. The category helps differentiate your financial products from other products in your portfolio.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
            User Permissions Needed
            To add products to categories: Product Catalog Management Designer permission set

            Make sure you’ve created a catalog and a category for the financial products. Also, create products for vehicle loans and leases.

            1. From the App Launcher, select Product Catalog Management, then select Categories.
            2. From the categories list view, click the category to which you want to assign one or more products.
              For example, select Vehicle Financial Products.
            3. From the Category page, click the Related tab.
            4. In the Products section, click Assign Products.
            5. Select the Automotive Loan and Automotive Lease products.
            6. Click Next.
            7. Save your changes.
