Configure Criteria-Based Search and Filter for Vehicle and Asset Lending On behalf of the customers, dealers can rehash an active loan or lease proposal by changing the selected vehicle on the application. They can request a different vehicle to meet customer requirements, by using Criteria-Based Search and Filter. Create a search criteria configuration to simplify the experience of searching for a new vehicle.
Customize Components for Experience Cloud to Rehash Proposals Modify the Application Form Product page layout and components for the Agent Assisted Application Management app. Dealers can use the predefined page layouts and components in Vehicle and Asset Lending to rehash proposals by using Experience Cloud. If agents at a financial institution want to rehash proposals on behalf of their customers, modify the components in the Agent Assisted Application Management app. You can also modify the record page layout for customers who use the Experience Cloud site to rehash proposals.
