Submit and Track Vehicle Loan and Lease Applications
Submit applications for vehicle leases and loans as a customer, or as an agent on behalf
of the customer. Customers can use the Experience Cloud site to submit applications using a
self-service guided flow, and track the submitted applications. Agents can use the Agent Assisted
Application Management app to submit applications on behalf of clients using the same guided
flow.

Submit Vehicle Loan and Lease Applications As an Applicant Customers can use the Experience Cloud site to submit vehicle loan or lease applications. Customers can use the self-service application intake process at their own convenience. A simple guided flow makes it easier for customers to provide all the required information, upload documents, provide consent for disclosures and soft credit checks, and track the application by its record number after submission. Customers can browse the products, review the terms and conditions, and select the offer that's best suited to their needs.
Submit Vehicle Loan and Lease Applications As an Agent Financial agents at a captive finance or a banking organization can use the Agent Assisted Application Management app to submit loan and lease applications on behalf of customers. Customers often call service centers when they need the expertise of agents or when they aren't able to submit applications themselves. Agents can quickly gather information from the customers and use the intake form to fill out the details and upload the required documents. Agents can also discuss the recommended offers with customers and modify the application before submission.
