            Create an Agent from an Agentforce Asset Finance Management for Customers Template

            Use the Asset Finance Management for Customers agent template to quickly build an agent that autonomously handles financial service processes for Automotive loans, leases, and financial accounts that customers can access from an Experience Cloud site.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
            1. Set up Einstein generative AI to get access to powerful generative AI features.
            2. Enable Agentforce.
            3. Create an Agent by using the Asset Finance Management for Customers template and configure the settings according to your needs.

            Customers can launch an interaction with the agent directly from an Experience Cloud site.
