          Configure User Permissions for Asset Finance Management for Customers

          Assign the required permissions to users for enabling the Asset Finance Management for Customers agent.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign permission sets:

          Assign Permission Sets

          AND

          View Setup and Configuration

          1. Assign permission set licenses.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select the Einstein Service Agent user.
            3. In the Permission Set Assignments related list, click Edit Assignments.
            4. Under Available Permission Sets, select Automotive Foundation User, Einstein for Automotive, Industry Service Excellence, Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation, Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation for Experience Cloud permission sets for the logged in user, such as the partner or customer community plus user, and then click Add.

              Add the Asset Finance Service Agent permission set instead of the Vehicle and Asset Finance Foundation for Experience Cloud permission set for the users who are not logged in, such as guest users.

            5. Save your changes.
          2. Assign object permissions.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Select the Einstein Agent User profile that you're editing, and click Edit.
            3. Confirm the assigned user license is Einstein Agent and that the assigned profile is Einstein Agent User.
            4. Under Standard Object Permissions, locate these objects and assign the Read, Create, Edit, and View All Records permissions.

              • Contact
              • Address
              • Service Catalog Request
              • Service Catalog Item Dependency

            5. Locate these objects and assign the Read and View All Records permissions.
              • Omni Process
              • Omni Data Transform
              • Omni Data Transformation Items
              • Omni Process Elements
              • Dispute Reason
              • Async Request Response Event
          3. Enable sharing settings.
            1. In Setup, search for and select Sharing Settings.
            2. Click Edit.
            3. Enable Sharing of these entities for the Einstein User or the Community User.
