            Subagent: Driver Account Summary

            Sales or service representatives in an automotive company can use the Driver Account Summary subagent to summarize customer accounts and their vehicles. Agentforce also helps to create tasks based on the vehicle summaries.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.

            Considerations

            • The underlying data in the standard actions is derived from standard Salesforce objects as well as Data Cloud objects.

            • The actions Summarize Customer Account and Summarize Vehicle Performance utilize flows to retrieve data from their respective objects. Ensure these objects are accessible and contain relevant information. If not, the default flow implementation should be overridden with a custom one.

            • In the Summarize Customer Account action, the Contact ID of the data model object, "Driver Performance Summary" must be mapped to the account's contact ID, including the Person accounts with an implicitly created contact. The data space is "default".

            • Households are displayed only for Person accounts.

            • For an account's vehicle list retrieval, the top five vehicle records, ordered by Manufactured Date (with null values appearing last), will be presented.

            • The Summarize Vehicle Performance action prompt leverages a context service and a flow to ground the data, with a portion of the data being retrieved from the context service and the other portion from the flow, Get Vehicle Summary Details.
