            Prepare Your Org

            Before you get started with Agentforce Automotive Sales Concierge for Partners, configure your org with the required licenses, prepare your data records and set up required features to use this agent.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.

            1. To search for products or parts for vehicles, make sure you have set up criteria-based search and filter configurations for the Dealer Product Searchable Field object. For more information, see Set Up Dealer Search.
            2. To search for vehicles and vehicle definitions, make sure you have set up a criteria-based search and filter configuration for the Vehicle Definition Searchable Field object. For more information, see Set Up Vehicle Definition Search.
            3. Set up products and parts for vehicles, see Add Components to Product Bundles in Automotive Cloud.
            4. Set up Seller Product and Service Territory records with valid address values for street, city, and postal code.
            5. Set up required picklist values for fields on objects for Appraisal Management from Object Manager. For examples of picklist values, see Custom Picklist Values for Appraisal Management.
            6. Set up the Appointment Scheduling for Automotive to schedule test drives and service appointments. See Set Up Appointment Scheduling in Automotive Cloud.
            7. Set up sharing settings for Vehicle Definition Searchable Field, Dealer Product Searchable Field, Account and Contract (Read/Write), Product, Opportunity, Operating hours, Service Appointment Read/Write), Work Type Group, Work Type, Service Resources, Service Territories.
              1. In Setup, in the quick find box, search for and select Sharing Settings.
              2. Under Sharing Rules, click New for your object’s Sharing Rules.
              3. Enter the relevant details for your partner users.
              4. Save your changes.
