Subagent: Automotive Sales Concierge
The Automotive Sales Concierge agent subagent offers a centralized solution to craft a personalized purchase experience for every customer. Sales representatives in an automotive company can use the Automotive Sales Concierge subagent to summarize vehicle and customer details, search new vehicles and assets for sale, search for products and relevant accessories, search for dealers, capture opportunities and quotes, schedule test drives, and initiate trade-in appraisals. This subagent provides a conversational AI assistant, helping sales reps to interact with the system using natural language and perform complex sales tasks, all in one flow, significantly reducing manual effort and improving customer engagement.

The Seller Product entity determines which dealers offer specific products and is used in search operations. Ensure the Active flag is updated accurately to reflect whether a dealer currently sells a product. Setting this flag incorrectly (for example, marking inactive relationships as active) can increase unnecessary data in the searchable dataset and lead to inaccurate search results.

In organizations with a high number of dealers or distributors in the same region, it’s recommended to configure a smaller search radius in the Criteria-Based Search and Filter (CBSF) setup. This helps improve performance and ensures more relevant, proximity-based dealer search results.
