          Subagent: Vehicle Service Estimation

          Service representatives can use the Vehicle Service Estimation subagent to summarize vehicle performance and telemetry data, create quotes for vehicle services, and draft emails to customers.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Agentforce for Automotive add-on or included in Agentforce 1 Automotive Edition. Requires each user to have the Agentforce for Automotive add-on to access the action.
          Note
          Note Users must create an agent for Asset Service Management again if they upgraded their org from the 258 release to the 260 release for certain enhancement actions to reflect.

          Specify a manual discount and confirm the generation of the service quote.

          Note
          Note A service quote could still be generated by the agent even if users haven't selected any product.
          12.5% The agent asks for user confirmation before generating a service quote based on the user selected information and then presents the details of the quote. After presenting the quote details, the agent asks for user confirmation again before creating the quote. Create Service Quote

          Send an email to the customer about the quote details.

          Note
          Note To send out emails properly, users must link a contact to the selected asset or vehicle.
          "Draft an email to the customer" The agent drafts an email using the vehicle’s details and includes the quote information. Draft or Revise Email

          If satisfied with the generated quote, accept the quote.
