            Set Up Dynamic Assessments in Automotive Cloud

            Streamline vehicle and asset service inspections by capturing information through dynamic assessment questionnaires under the Discovery Framework data model. Service inspectors can significantly boost the efficiency and accuracy of their assessments by using these questionnaires during on-site or virtual inspections. Use prebuilt questionnaire templates tailored to specific inspection types, such as pre-delivery vehicle, vehicle appraisal, vehicle service, and asset service inspections. Customize a sample inspection questionnaire based on your operational requirements and evaluate the cosmetic and mechanical conditions of a vehicle or an asset.

            • Dynamic Assessments in Automotive Cloud
              Service inspectors can use four sample inspection questionnaires within the prebuilt Omniscripts for evaluating a vehicle before delivery, during appraisal, or for repairs.
            • Features and Permissions for Dynamic Assessments
              Enable certain features and assign the permissions required to use dynamic assessments.
            • Set Up Prebuilt Inspection Questionnaire Templates
              Activate the prebuilt inspection templates for using dynamic assessment questionnaires for virtual or on-site inspections. Customize a record page, such as the Vehicle record page, to include Action Plans and the related Omni Assessment Tasks and Assessments. Service inspectors can fill the inspection questionnaires on the Omni Assessment Task pages that store their answers in Assessment records.
