          Clone and Activate the Flow Orchestration for Remote Vehicle Action

          Clone the Run Remote Action for Service Catalog Item flow orchestration template and specify the service process definition record ID and the integration definition name. Activate and run the cloned flow to execute asynchronous calls to the external telematics system for remote action and update the related case based on the call’s response.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
          User Permissions Needed
          To modify a flow: Manage Flows
          1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flow, and then click Flows.
          2. Click New Flow.
          3. Click Use a Template.
          4. Click Next.
          5. Click Flow Orchestration.
          6. Select Run Remote Action for Service Catalog Item.
          7. Click Create.
          8. Save your changes.
            1. Enter a label and a description.
            2. For the Orchestration API Name, enter connected_vehicles_remote_action or something similar.
            3. Save your changes.
          9. In the flow builder, click Start.
          10. In the Set Entry Conditions section, for the SvcCatalogItemDefinitionId field, enter the value as the recordId of the service process definition that you created. See Create a Service Process Definition for Remote Vehicle Action.
            When you open a service process definition, copy the value of the serviceProcessDefinitionId at the end of the URL.
          11. Click Toolbox.
          12. Click the Execute Remote Action External Call stage.
          13. Click the Run Asynchronous Apex Request step in the builder.
          14. For the integrationDefinitionName input, enter REMOTE_OPERATION_INTEGRATION_DEFINITION.
            If you gave a different name for the integration definition, enter the name. See Create an Integration Definition for Remote Vehicle Action.
          15. Save your changes.
          16. Click Activate.
