Sign up for a learning trial org and use the prebuilt apps directly. For instructions, see Get Your Own Automotive Cloud Trial Org. If you deploy the prebuilt apps into your org, make sure that your org has the appropriate licenses and permissions for Automotive Cloud and Manufacturing Cloud.
