            Predefined Integration Procedures for Automotive Scheduler

            An integration procedure helps you save, retrieve, and manipulate data for use in an OmniScript. Both the guided flows for scheduling test drive and vehicle service appointments include multiple integration procedures. The integration procedures process data from multiple sources, and uses multiple dataraptors to send the transformed data to the Salesforce Scheduler APIs. Customize the predefined integration procedures if you want to modify the type of data you’re sending to the APIs.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

            The following predefined Integration Procedures are available in Automotive Cloud.

            Name Description
            GetLocations Fetches service territory records based on the work type group, and filters the list based on the dealer name or city.
            GetServiceResources Fetches service resource records based on the work type group and the service territory.
            GetServiceTerritory Fetches the service territory record related to a partner’s business profile.
            GetTimeSlots Fetches the available time slots for an appointment based on the work type and resource.
            ScheduleVehicleService Schedules a service appointment for a vehicle.
            ScheduleTestDrive Schedules a test drive appointment for a lead or an opportunity.
