Field service technicians can improve service process efficiency by requesting the return of a part for a work order or a claim when a part must be recalled, replaced, or upgraded. For example, when a dealer creates a warranty claim for the replacement of a vehicle battery, a claims adjudicator can create a service part return from this warranty claim.
