          Record Alerts help customer service representatives (CSRs) view actionable, relevant alerts for changes to the records of dealers and end-customers. For example, get alerts regarding the expiration of an engine insurance, an upcoming service appointment, a pending periodic maintenance, and more.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.

          Service Console for Automotive is preconfigured with the Record Alerts component. You can also add the Record Alerts component to any other standard app. Configure record alerts based on your business needs. For example, you can integrate data about telematics, advanced driver assistance systems, service history, and repair history, and configure alerts for that data.
