Keep the following in mind when you work with record alerts:
To set up record alerts quickly, use the Record Alerts Guided Setup in your org.
You can create records alerts on external objects or Data Cloud objects.
You can create action plans for record alerts.
You can’t use Record Alerts in CRM Analytics recipes and you can’t create dashboards that
use Record Alerts as a data source.
Record Alerts are not localized. You can use Translation Workbench to localize the
records.
