Use Relationship Cards to show key information about stakeholders related to a vehicle’s
lifecycle. After identifying the information that your users refer to, use the card setup flow to
configure the relationship cards, and then add the cards to the desired page layouts.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions.
Users can learn about the stakeholders related to an account, contact, or vehicle by looking at
the relationship cards on the relevant record page itself, instead of hopping to other pages.
Users can view relationship cards on the Account, Contact, and Vehicle pages. A relationship card
can draw content from related objects that are up to three levels away and display specific
fields from those objects.
For example, you can design a relationship card to display information about Accounts related
to a vehicle on the Vehicle record page. Each card can get information from fields in the Account
object like the Account Name and Account Type fields. It can also draw information from fields in
related objects, such as the Name and Stakeholder Role fields in the Asset Account Participant
object.
Relationship Cards in Automotive Cloud Create a relationship card, specify where you want the cards to appear, and then connect the cards to the objects that the cards are to draw information from. Then, choose the information you want the cards to display.
