Track Activities of Automotive Customers and Dealers on a Timeline
Customer service representatives (CSRs) can view the activities related to a dealer or
end customer, consolidated on a chronological, intuitive, and visual timeline. For example, when a
customer enquires about an old case, the CSR can check the previous cases related to the customer
on a timeline and understand the customer’s query better.

Automotive Cloud includes Interaction Timeline, a preconfigured timeline that shows the
engagement interaction records related to a contact. The Service Console for Automotive is
preconfigured with the Timeline component, which works with the Interaction Timeline.
You can also create and customize timelines that show other records and add them to the console
and other standard apps. You can even add it to your partner portal.
