          Manage Dealer Visits with Default Page Layouts

          Automotive Cloud has separate Visit and Task record page layouts for sales managers and evaluation officers. With components designed for both scheduling and executing visits, desktop and mobile users can focus on the information they need for their jobs. District and territory sales managers can schedule visits and assign tasks to field reps and evaluation officers who capture metrics against target key performance indicators during a visit.

          • Default Page Layout for Visit Planning
            The default Visit and Task page layouts for desktop users are designed to schedule and assign visits and tasks. On the Visit page, managers can find visit details, related information about visitors, visited parties, and generic tasks. The Action Plan tab shows the templates related to a visit. On the Task page, managers can view details about a visit task and also see related task-context relations.
          • Default Page Layout for Visit Execution
            The default Visit and Task page layouts for mobile are designed for users who quickly capture metrics, record comments, and complete tasks from the field while commuting from one location to the other. With single clicks and easy-to-fill questionnaires, evaluations are faster and more efficient.
