          • Goodwill Repair
Dealers or original equipment manufacturers can use the Goodwill Repair service process to support customers who request repair assistance for their vehicles or assets. Through this process, dealers can select the customer's vehicle or asset, review existing warranty coverage, choose the relevant work order, and capture comments to support the goodwill request. A case is then created for the Warranty Administrator, who reviews the customer's claim history and past work orders, assessing the request in the context of the customer's service relationship and prior repair patterns. The Warranty Administrator decides whether a goodwill claim should be raised, determines the contribution percentages to apply to each line item, and records the reasoning behind those decisions. This ensures that goodwill is extended consistently and fairly, helping strengthen customer loyalty while maintaining clear governance over discretionary repair costs.
