To create Appraisal Adjustment records: Manage Appraisals and Valuations

Appraisal adjustments can be approved in two ways.

          • Self-approval: Sales reps can approve an appraisal adjustment by themselves by changing the status of the appraisal adjustment to Approved.
          • Approval process: If your org has an approval process for appraisal adjustments, sales reps can use the process to get adjustments approved. See Approval Processes.

Adjustment records once approved, cannot be edited or deleted. Only approved adjustment records are rolled up to the Total Adjustment Value fields in the appraisal or appraisal item records.
