Use the Asset Operation telematics data model object in Data Cloud to store the data
related to the operation cycle of an asset. To bring in the data related to assets such as
machines, charging stations, and trailers, use this object to represent the details of an
operation cycle of the asset. If you bring in the data related to vehicles, use the Vehicle Trip
object to store the data about the single run of a vehicle.

Telematics Provider
ID of a telematics provider.
Asset Unique Identifier
Unique identifier of the asset, such as the serial number or the vehicle
identification number.
Shift ID
ID of the shift that's related to the asset operation.
Shift Start Time
Start date and time of a shift for the asset operation cycle.
Shift End Time
End date and time of a shift for the asset operation cycle.
Run Duration
Run duration of the asset operation.
Run Duration Unit of Measure
Unit of measure for the asset operation run duration.
Idle Duration
Duration when the asset operation was idle.
Idle Duration Unit of Measure
Unit of measure for the asset operation idle duration.
Internal Organization
Internal business unit related to the asset that data is generated for.
Operator ID
ID of the operator related to the asset that data is generated for.
Pause Duration
Duration when the asset operation was paused.
Pause Duration Unit of Measure
Unit of measure for the asset operation pause duration.
Asset Category
Category of asset that's related to the asset operation, such as a vehicle or any
other asset.
Asset ID
ID of the asset related to the asset operation cycle.
