The default Visit and Task page layouts for mobile are designed for users who quickly
capture metrics, record comments, and complete tasks from the field while commuting from one
location to the other. With single clicks and easy-to-fill questionnaires, evaluations are
faster and more efficient.
Required Editions
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer
Editions.
The default mobile Visit page layout has these predefined tabs:
Visit List
Shows a list of in-progress and upcoming visits when the field rep starts the day.
Evaluation officers can scan through the most important information, such as Account Name,
Planned Start Time, and Visit Priority.
Visit Map
If addresses and maps are enabled, shows the visit location on an embedded map.
Visit Actions
Shows actions to start and end a visit, and an action that redirects a rep to the
navigation app on the mobile device.
Visit Task List
Shows the list of tasks related to a visit and specifies whether a task is mandatory. A
progress ring beside each task changes color based on the status of a task: started, in
progress, or completed.
The default mobile Task page layout has these predefined tabs:
Details
Shows key details, such as the name of the task, task status,
related context records, and whether the task is mandatory.
Assessment Indicator Definitions
Shows the list of all assessment
indicator definitions related to the task as a questionnaire.
Expected Values and Actual Values
Shows the expected or target value for
each assessment indicator definition. Has a section for reps to record actual metric
values.
