Visit Dealers and Perform Tasks On the Go

As an evaluation officer or district sales manager, you’re always on the go and your mobile is the only device you carry. You’re expected to complete multiple visits each day, each with its own set of audit tasks and assessment criteria. Launch the Partner Visits app on your mobile device to check the list of visits for the day. When at a location, you can check the dealer’s details and start the assigned tasks for the visit.

            • Tasks: Shows the list of tasks assigned to you for a particular visit. The tasks are sequenced by your sales manager. If you don’t see any tasks, check whether your manager provided you special instructions by tapping Overview.
            • Notes: Shows notes from previous visits.
            • Overview: Shows all the information that you need about a visit, such as account details, special instructions, previous visits, and previous orders.

          8. Under Tasks, tap each item to explore the task details and related metrics to capture.
For each task, you can see the associated assessment indicators and any corresponding target values. As you capture the actual values against a task’s assessment indicators, the progress ring shows the task completion. When you finish capturing the values of assessment indicators, the progress ring turns green.
