          Adjudicate Dealer Claims in Automotive Cloud

          Adjudicate warranty claims submitted by dealers either manually or through an automatic adjudication process. You can examine defective vehicles and their causal parts, check warranty coverages for each part, and verify labor operations, part replacements, and incurred expenses. The Claims record page offers a complete view of all granular details related to a claim and helps you manually adjudicate each claim item. Or, your admin can set up a warranty claims adjudication process using Context Service, Business Rules Engine, and Flow Builder.

          • How Are Claims Processed in Automotive Cloud
            Understand how claims are managed in Automotive Cloud. Dealers can use the Experience Cloud site to submit claim records, or manufacturers can create them on the dealer’s behalf. The claim adjudicators then assess and inspect the claims against the established warranty terms, code sets, and service standards. Finally, the claim amounts are updated and adjusted and dealers can track the status of their claim along with the final amounts from the Experience Cloud site.

Warranty claims adjudicators can drill into the required information by opening them as subtabs and determine the approved amount for each claim coverage payment detail.

            Build an end-to-end warranty claims adjudication process to make warranty claims adjudicators more productive, reduce claims processing time, and prevent errors. Set up an automated process using Context Service and Business Rule Engine, and run the process using the Flow Builder.
          • Get Warranty Claim Approval Predictions for Vehicle and Parts
            Use Scoring Framework to get predictions about the likelihood of vehicle and part warranty claims getting approved, based on previously approved claims. Adjudicate warranty claims by reviewing these scores to determine whether you can approve the claims as they are, or must verify the claims further.
