They get clear explanations powered by generative AI, without navigating multiple billing records or systems.

          Billing Employee Assistance runs inside your Salesforce org and uses your existing Agentforce Revenue Management Billing data to answer billing questions. When an internal user needs information, such as an explanation for a specific invoice line, the customer’s outstanding balance, or the next payment due, they can open Agentforce and ask a question in natural language.

          The agent uses generative AI with real-time billing data retrieved through supported flows to return concise, plain language explanations. It can summarize invoice charges, list payment plan details, generate or retrieve invoice documents, and surface key account information to help employees resolve questions quickly and accurately.
