Invoice Risk Scoring uses invoice data and predictive AI to estimate the likelihood
that payment for an open invoice will be delayed beyond its due date. Learn how risk scores and
risk levels are displayed on invoice records to help identify potential payment
risks.
Note Invoice Risk Scoring is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms
at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if
executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta
service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
View Invoice Risk Scores (Pilot) After configuring Invoice Risk Scoring, you can view the predicted risk scores and risk levels on invoice records.
