Add New Billing Fields to Page Layouts

Provide users more context by adding new fields to the default page layouts each release.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience

Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Revenue Cloud Advanced license or the Revenue Cloud Billing license

For Salesforce orgs provisioned in a particular release, the default page layouts include the new fields that were introduced in that release. If you're already using Billing before that release, add the new fields from the page layout settings of objects.

To identify the fields that were introduced in particular release, see the object documentation for the corresponding API version.

This completes the basic setup for Billing. To enable additional features, see Set Up Additional Billing Features. To proceed with the rest of the Revenue Management setup, see Set Up Revenue Cloud.
