The self-service billing portal is a customer-facing Experience Cloud site that enables
end users and community users to raise and track their billing inquiries and disputes. Your
customers can view and download invoice PDF documents and quickly pay the outstanding balances of
invoices by using supported payment methods. The self-service portal minimizes manual intervention
and improves cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Raise Billing Inquiries and Invoice-Related Disputes The self-service Billing portal serves as the customer-facing gateway that transforms manual, phone-based dispute processes into a streamlined, transparent self-service experience. The Help Center tab provides a catalog of available billing service processes. The Cases tab shows all cases and their statuses for the customer account.
Pay Invoices with the Self-Service Billing Portal When your customers log in to the self-service billing portal, they can view invoices, download invoice PDF documents, and pay outstanding balances for the invoices. The Home tab shows the list of invoices that aren't settled, partially settled, and settled.
