            Activate the Consumer Goods Cloud for Service App

            To make your custom Consumer Goods Cloud for Service app page available to service agents, you must customize the app visibility and activate it.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud for Service and Consumer Goods Cloud for Sales and Service is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To create and save Lightning pages in the Lightning App Builder: Customize Application
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Lightning App Builder, and select Lightning App Builder.
            2. Next to Service Excellence Account, click Clone.
            3. Save your work. .
            4. Click Activate.
            5. Choose App Default and click Assign as App Default.
            6. Select the Lightning app that you created and click Next.
            7. Save your changes.
