            Assign Users Permission Sets to Use the Consumer Goods Cloud for Service App

            Assign permission sets to admins and users based on their required level of access to the Consumer Goods Cloud for Service app.

            Required Editions

            Clone the CGCloud Sales User OR CGCloud Retail Sales User Permissions set, and assign a name “CGCloud Service User”.

            Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud Service and Consumer Goods Cloud Sales and Service is enabled
            User Permissions Needed
            To assign permissions: Assign Permission Sets AND View Setup and Configuration.
            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Users, and then select Users.
            2. Select a user and in the Permission Set Assignments section, click Edit Assignments.
            3. To assign permission sets to the user, select these required permission sets from the Available Permission Sets list, and move them to the Enabled Permission Sets list.
              • Consumer Goods Cloud Service (OR) Consumer Goods Cloud Sales and Service (based on the permission sets assigned to the logged in user)
