          Manage signatures to complete

          Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Professional, Enterprise, and Unlimited Editions that have Consumer Goods Cloud enabled.
          • Signature Management
Certain sales and delivery processes require signed confirmation between manufacturers and retailers. For example, a van driver requires a signature from the store manager to confirm a delivery. Signatures in BMP, GIF, or JPEG formats can be synced and printed in an invoice.
          • Create a System Number
Number definitions automatically generate unique identifiers for business objects, such as new order entries or promotions.
          • Create a Workflow
Workflow is the lifecycle of a business process and is used in order entry, tasks, customer tasks, customer contracts, contract payments, daily reports, tours, and users.
          • Account Sharing
Use account sharing rules to give users access to supporting accounts, such as wholesalers, delivery recipients, and trade org hierarchies that are specific to one or more sales orgs and user grouping.
          • Enhanced Geofencing, Time Tracking, and Start Visit for Consumer Goods Cloud Visits
With explicit start visits, make users begin a visit ‌before its execution, preventing changes to visit until the visit starts. Track the user’s time and location at key milestones during a visit, such as the start, end, and cancellation. Use geofencing to define the radius within which they can start or finish a visit, and to record if visits start or finish outside the geofenced area. Limit the number of in progress visits to one and prevent users from starting another visit until the current one is completed or canceled. With enhanced geofencing and time tracking, oversee ‌visits, control field operations, and make visit execution accurate and reliable.
