          Configure the Consumer Goods Cloud Offline Mobile App

          You can configure the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app to set up languages for translation, create picklist mappings, activate weekends in the visit calendar, and set up API keys for Google Maps. Restart the app after you change app settings or configurations.

          • Configure UI Flow for Mobile Devices
            Configure the user cockpit for mobile devices. Based on your configuration, a rep can use the base retail execution features such as perform inventory tasks and take orders, or a rep can use the advanced features such as advanced orders and advanced promotions. You can also choose to give your reps both the options in the cockpit.
          • Activate Weekends in Visit Calendar
            By default, the visit calendar shows only weekdays.
          • Configure Google Maps
            Google Maps is integrated with the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app. To make API calls from a mobile device to Google Maps, retrieve a valid Google Maps API key from Google LLC. Maintain the Google Maps API key in the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile app.

            Connect internal and external mobile apps to the Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud mobile app via deep links for real-time updates and save time. Use deep links strategically for planogram scenarios to streamline KPI data integration, manage survey data during field activities, and leverage Data Cloud for comprehensive analytics in CG Cloud. Additionally, optimize the mobile app workflows by implementing deep links in processes and flows.
          • External Bluetooth Device Custom Implementation
            Tailor the functionality of Bluetooth input devices (Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth laser barcode scanner) by using the Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud mobile app framework APIs. For example, when a sales rep opens an order screen in the CG Cloud mobile app, you can customize the app to automatically activate the Bluetooth keyboard and on exiting the order screen, the app automatically activates the Bluetooth barcode scanner and deactivates the bluetooth keyboard.
          • Set Up Company Logo on Summary Card
