Health Assessment for Managed Accounts with Einstein
Health assessment gives you:
- Highest- or lowest-performing products, brands, or categories of an account.
- Total revenue from orders within a particular time duration.
- Challenges faced by underperforming accounts based on visit feedback, customer reported tasks, and customer asset audits.
Account performance can help you with performance analysis of accounts.
Inventory Deviations with Einstein
Inventory deviations give you:
- Discrepancies during inventory reconciliation (for example, expected product checkout quantity versus actual checkout quantity).
- List of products on a truck that aren’t part of the check-in document.
Inventory deviations can help you identify the most common reasons for inventory deviations.
Prompts Templates for Consumer Goods Cloud
A prompt is the set of detailed instructions that you give an Large Language Model (LLM). A great prompt is like a recipe. It gives specific information about the situation, data, instructions, and limits that help the model make accurate and personalized results. The output that the LLM generates is called a response.
In Consumer Goods Cloud, prompts use the invocable actions in Apex classes to return data from objects and generate a response. You can even create a customizable invocable action to retrieve data as needed. To know more about prompts, See Get to Know Prompt Builder.

Provide users with the required permission sets to access and use the Einstein generative AI features in Consumer Goods Cloud. - Configure Consumer Goods Cloud Generative AI Invocable Actions
Configure the custom system settings for Apex variables in the out-of-the-box Apex classes shipped with the Consumer Goods Cloud managed package. These settings determine the number of records fetched from the objects and are used by the prompts. Perform this task only if you want to modify the default configurations for the variables in the invocable actions. - Create a Health Assessment Prompt for Consumer Goods Cloud Managed Accounts
With the prompt template, create a prompt that provides the health assessment of an account as a response. You can customize the prompt to show the highest-selling, lowest-selling products or the total revenue from all products.
