Before you use Penny Perfect Pricing, you must complete a few tasks such as schedule
the pricing worker batch, configure translations for picklist values, configure customer data,
and populate data in the Complex Pricing Condition object.

To use the Penny Perfect Pricing feature, complete these prerequisites.
Run the Pricing Worker Batch To have the latest pricing conditions in the system, schedule the ScheduleCGCloudServiceComplexPricing APEX class that condenses information from complex pricing tables and creates pricing conditions as JSON text.
Configure Customer Data Before placing orders with Penny Perfect Pricing, configure customer data to organize the account roles and account trade org hierarchy.
Populate Hash Values in the Complex Pricing Condition Object To populate or update the correct hash values (merge key, pricing condition template, and key type) in the TemplateKeyTypeMergedKeyHash__c column for pricing condition records, run the manual batch process. This process is a one-time activity.
