            Post upgrade of the managed package, find the list of attribute and picklist value changes to be made for various objects.

            Important While making page layout changes, if the section mentioned in the table doesn’t exist, you can create a section using Create a new section in a page layout.

            Page Layout and Other Changes for Upgrade to Spring ’26

            Make these page layout, list view button layout, or picklist value changes to upgrade to Spring ’26.

            Account Customer Layout In the Listing Classification related list, in the Buttons section, deselect New from Standard Buttons and select the New button from Custom Buttons. Shows the Listing Module as a picklist matching the experience on the Edit page. This change provides a consistent user experience and ensures data accuracy while adding or updating listing classification.

            Tour Tour Layout Tour Layour Read Only Add the Vehicle Details Reviewed and End Tour Vehicle Details Reviewed fields to the Truck Check section. Specifies if the vehicle details are reviewed at the start and end of a tour.
            Picklist Value Changes
            Order Template User Role Add the CGCloud_Hybrid_User picklist value for all listed record types. Includes hybrid user in the user roles for order.
            Visit Template User Role Add the CGCloud_Hybrid_User picklist value. Includes hybrid user in the user roles for visits.

            Make these page layout, list view button layout, or picklist value changes to upgrade to Spring ’25.

            Order Template Document Transaction Type Add the CashInvoice picklist value to the picklist. Creates an invoice where the driver must collect payment from the customer for this delivery.
            Order Template Document Transaction Type Add the CreditInvoice picklist value to the picklist. Creates an invoice where no payment collection is required for the delivery.

            In Field Dependencies section, for Document Transaction Type picklist, select these values for Delivery document type.

            		 Updates the dependent document transaction types for delivery documents.
            Visit Template
            • Start Visit Geolocation Validation
            • Complete Visit Geolocation Validation

            Add these values to the picklist fields.

            		 Specifies the geofencing validation type when a user starts and completes a visit.
            Customer Extension Delivery Document Transaction Type

            Add these values to the picklist.

            • CreditInvoice
            • CashInvoice
            		 Defines the invoice type generated for a delivery documents.
            Advanced Order Document Transaction Type

            Add these values to the picklist.

            • CreditInvoice
            • CashInvoice
            		 Defines the invoice type generated for a delivery documents.
            Signature Attribute Attribute Add the TourName value to the picklist field.

            Captures the tour name during a signature.

            If the TourName picklist value is present in the Inactive Values section, then activate and move it to the Values section.
            Visit Status Add the In Progress picklist value to the picklist field. Tracks visits with In Progress status.

            Add these fields to the Capture Time and Location section.

            • Location Capture at Cancel
            • Location Capture at Start
            • Location Capture at Complete
            		 Captures the user’s GPS location at various stages in a visit.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Capture Proceeding Time field to the Capture Time and Location section. Captures the start and end time of a visit.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Start Visit Required to Check In field to the Visit Start related section. Indicates whether starting a visit before visit execution is mandatory.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Limit to One Visit In Progress field to the Visit Start related section. Prevents users from executing multiple visits in parallel.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Show Read Only Visit Information field to the Visit Start related section. Specifies whether an information message is shown to indicate that the visit hasn't started.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Start Visit Geolocation Validation field to the Visit Start related section. Sets the geofencing validation type when a user starts a visit.
            Visit Template Visit Template Layout Add the Complete Visit Geolocation Validation field to the General section. Sets the geofencing validation type when a user completes a visit.

            		 Indicates whether the visit is started or completed outside the allowed radius.
