Picklist Mappings Configuration

Define a picklist mapping within a business area that has mobile device users. Map all picklists available on mobile devices to Mobile App Domain so that field reps can view the picklists on their mobile device. You can also set up multiple languages for the picklist values to appear in. The mobile framework loads translations for the picklist values from the PicklistRepository__c object.

If the picklist inputs are too long, incorrect, or incomplete, you can experience errors in the CG Cloud offline mobile app. To avoid such errors, perform these actions.

• Import the Mobile_Picklist_Mapping_Conf.csv file.
• Run the PicklistAttributesCleanupBatch and PicklistAttributesMappingBatch jobs.

• Supported Languages
  Customize the language picklist for the sales organization object and add the languages that the picklist values can be translated in.
• Customize the Sales Org Language Picklists
  To select languages in Sales Org, add them to the Sales Org picklist. Customize the picklist if the languages don't align with the Salesforce supported languages.
• Add Languages to the Sales Org
  Configure up to four languages in Sales Org. Picklist values are translated in the languages that you define in Sales Org.

  Picklist values that mobile devices show for languages depend on the language preferences that you defined in the user profile.
