Drivers perform various activities at the start and the end of the tour. You can define
the start and the end of tour activities based on the tour usage. Use tour templates to
configure the list of activities at the start and the end of the tour. The driver performs the
start and the end of the tour activities on the Consumer Goods Cloud offline mobile
app.

Unlimited Editions with Consumer Goods Cloud enabled
Important To perform the start and the end of the tour activities on the Consumer
Goods offline mobile app, you must assign the ‘CG Cloud Tour Driver’ and ‘Direct Store
Delivery for Consumer Goods Offline Mobile App’ permission sets to the delivery driver.
Drivers perform these activities at the start of the tour:
Check assignments, review, creat, or adjust tours
Vehicle and safety checks
Time and GPS tracking
Truck inventory check-out from the warehouse
Cash check-out (optional)
Drivers perform these activities at the time of delivery or the end of the tour:
Deliver goods
Perform cash and truckload check-in
Merchandise activities such as manage replenishment orders, returns, or empties
Verify product or cash difference
Perform inventory audits
Perform vehicle and safety checks
Measure Time
Perform presettlement
