To ensure retail data and process consistency between your Salesforce org and the
Consumer Goods Cloud Offline mobile app, use the synchronization (sync) process that is configured
on the Sync Management app. During the sync process, the Sync Management app checks for updates to
the Consumer Goods Offline mobile app (business and workflow-specific data, Runtime Artifacts, and
metadata that is modified on Salesforce) and transfers these updates to the mobile
app.

The Sync Management guide provides the instructions on how to
configure the synchronization process and data that is synced between Salesforce and mobile
devices.
Consumer Goods Cloud Synchronization Limits and Guidelines For data sync performance, create ad hoc visits or orders to download customer data on demand and sync foundational objects. Make sure sales reps have sufficient data in their Consumer Goods (CG) Cloud offline mobile app during offline visits.
