Depending on the reward configuration, the system determines free item rewards. Valid free item rewards are grouped as either Reward Products or Classification.
The quantity of free item rewards is based on the default value of the promotion reward. Ensure that the maximum quantity of total reward products is below the default quantity of the reward that's defined in the Default Value field of a promotion reward.
The system validates the products that are added through free item rewards and adds them to an order only if a product fulfills these criteria:
