Account and User Task Key Objects
Organize and monitor various account and user tasks during retail execution by using Account and User Task objects.

| Account | Account | Information on customers with whom you conduct business. An account can be a retailer, distributor, wholesaler, or consumer. |
| Asset | Asset | Manufacturers can place items of value, such as a fridge or coolant at customers' locations to stock perishable items or products based on specific conditions. You can regularly track assets to evaluate their condition. |
| Customer Task | cgcloud__Account_Task__c | Customer-specific tasks such as repair, replacement, or service for an asset that you create during asset audit. |
| Customer Task Template | cgcloud__Account_Task_Template__c | Template to create various types of customer tasks, such as complaint or service. |
| Sales Organization | cgcloud__Sales_Organization__c | Business segments that you use to structure your data and business processes by your organizational unit. You can base business segmentation on geographical territories, product division, or account team. |
| Substitution | cgcloud__Substitution__c | Manages the planned and unplanned absence of sales reps. You can assign a substitute rep to a customer when a service rep is unavailable. You can assign one substitute to one customer, multiple substitutes to one customer, or one substitute to multiple customers. This object stores both the substitution and the customer substitution records, and identifies the record based on the value in the Record Type field. |
