            Consumer Goods Cloud Flows

            Automate some of your repetitive business tasks by using Flows. Consumer Goods Clouds out-of-the-box provides Overridable Flows to automate some of the key business workflows that run behind the scenes for ‌uninterrupted Retail Execution. You can use them as-is or create customizations. These Flows are part of the managed package and are initially in an Inactive status. They can be activated according to your requirements.             Flow Name Flow Description
            CGCloud : Add automatically Customer to Job Definition List Flow

            Adds the customer to an activity when a customer's contract is set to Committed. Here are the conditions that must be met for the flow to start while you create or update a customer contract record:

            • Contract phase must be Committed.
            • Contract Template must have an Activity field, and the Customer Contract must have an Account field.
            • Consider Account in Activity must be true.
            • Record must’nt exist in the Activity Customer object.
            CGCloud : Adjust External Id Account Extension Flow Updates the External ID field for an Account Extension record when you update an Account record. The flow copies the External ID value from the Account record to the Account Extension record. This ensures that records in both objects have the same External ID.
            CGCloud : Automatic Payment Generation Flow

            Generates payments using an Apex action when you create or update a Customer Contract record and:

            • Customer Contract record is created or updated.
            • Phase field is changed to Committed and the associated Contract Template has the Automated Payment Generation flag set to true.
            CGCloud : Contract Payment Manager Definition Flow Manages the right assignment to the Responsible field on Contract Payment. The flow starts if a Contract Payment record is created or updated. If the contract’s Phase field is set to For Approval and the Manager of the Accountable field isn't empty, the flow updates the Responsible field to the Manager of the accountable party. If the Phase field changes (except Canceled), the flow updates the Responsible field to the Accountable field.
            CGCloud : Customer Contract Manager Definition Flow Manages the right assignment to the Responsible field on Customer Contract. The flow starts if a Customer Contract record is created or updated. If the contract’s Phase field is set to For Approval and the Manager of the Accountable field isn't empty, the flow updates the Responsible field to the Manager of the accountable party. If the Phase field changes (except Canceled), the flow updates the Responsible field to the Accountable field.
            CGCloud : Manager to Customer based on Substitution Flow

            Manages the activation, deactivation, and timeframe modifications of Substitution records. It makes sure that the appropriate account manager records are created in the substituted accounts. The flow starts when a Substitution record is created or updated. The flow does three primary actions based on specific record conditions:

            • Activation: When a substitution is activated, the flow calls the CreateEditSubstitutionController Apex class to handle the creation scenario.
            • Deactivation: When a substitution is deactivated, the flow calls the CreateEditSubstitutionController Apex class to handle the deactivation scenario.
            • Timeframe modification: When the timeframe of a substitution is modified, the flow calls the CreateEditSubstitutionController Apex class to handle the timeframe modification scenario.
            CGCloud : Order Approval for Mobility Flow Manages the order approval process for orders from Offline mobility app. The flow starts when you create or update an order. If the Mobility Release field is set to true, the flow sends the order for approval. After order submission, the flow changes the Mobility Release field to false, indicating that the order is submitted and is being processed for approval.
            CGCloud : Populate Inventory Transaction Currency Flow Updates the currency field on the inventory transaction record by using the currency field related to the inventory record. The flow starts when you create or update an inventory transaction record. The flow makes sure ‌currency data is the same and accurate across inventory objects in Consumer Goods Cloud.
